Preparing your brief

The inquiry form prepares a message in your browser. This website does not upload your form entries or files to a TwB database. The application does not save your draft in browser storage. Closing or reloading the page may lose your draft; your browser may independently remember form entries or restore a page.

Contacting TwB

Selecting “Open WhatsApp to send” passes the prepared message to WhatsApp through its link. WhatsApp receives that link and its message text even before you press Send. You must review and send the message in WhatsApp for it to reach TwB. WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices apply there.

Drawings and CAD files are not uploaded on this website. You may attach them in your conversation after confirming they are appropriate to share. For confidential technical information, discuss handling requirements with TwB before sending it.

For questions about an inquiry or to request correction or deletion of information you have sent to TwB, contact +254 791 472 688 or open WhatsApp. Copies held by communication providers remain subject to their own controls and policies.

Website delivery

TwB has not added advertising trackers, third-party analytics, embedded maps or external font requests to this website. The hosting platform may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Hosting access and sign-in, where enabled, are controlled by the platform.

Production inquiries

An inquiry is a request for a conversation, not an accepted order or binding quotation. TwB coordinates production through external manufacturers. Capabilities, materials, tolerances, availability, inspection, payment and delivery terms are confirmed for each project before production.
